You can return any item purchased on SBU.IT within 14 days of the delivery date. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
If you wish to return an item, send an e-mail to shop@SBU.IT and request a return authorization number (ran). The written request will have to include the order number and the code of the item(s) to be returned.
After submitting such request to SBU.IT, you will receive an email containing the return authorization number (ran) and the detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return. It is necessary to write the given ran on the copy of the receipt which is to be put in the box. Customer is kindly invited to accurately follow the return instructions.
The only way to exchange a product is to return it and make a new order.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s). Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the return acceptance confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer. Paypal: you will see the refund in your paypal account within 24 hours of the return confirmation e-mail.
Refund is made on the same currency of the original order (euro).
The amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. for security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account.

Items can be returned only for refund. Items must be returned in their original conditions, neatly packed and with the tag still attached.
The returned items should have not been worn, washed or altered. The shoes’ soles must be returned in perfect conditions and should not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with their original tag, wrapping and other accessories (dustbag and covers, etc.) received in the box. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging that should not be damaged or altered or used as the packing box for shipment.
In case of defective item, or incorrect item following a mistake attributed to SBU.IT, customer is kindly asked to follow the same return instructions. Also, customer is asked to attach detailed pictures proving the defect or the mistake. In these cases, shipping costs and duty and tax fees will be at the expense of SBU.IT.
Returns will have to be packed in the same box sent by SBU.IT, and should have a copy of the receipt inside.
Shipping fees are charged to customer. Any duty and import tax are at the customer’s expense. Below the shipping fees set for each geographic area:
Italy: EUR 15,00 European Union (Italy excluded): EUR 30,00 U.S.A. and Canada: EUR 40,00 Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and others countries): EUR 50,00 Rest of the world: EUR 50,00
Return authorized by SBU.IT must be shipped from the same shipping country SBU.IT sent the parcel to.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by SBU.IT in the email providing the return instructions. SBU.IT reserves the right not to accept returns if customer tenders the box to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for SBU.IT or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches.
SBU.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of SBU.IT. In these cases, SBU.IT will return the box to the sender at the original shipping address.
