Privacy policy

Personal information given to Strategic Business Unit will be kept strictly confidential and treated securely in accordance with the provisions of law no. 196 of 30 June, 2003.

Personal data will be processed through print or electronic means, and will be handled only by only those designated in accordance with art. 30 of law no. 106/03. The data will be not be transferred, in any capacity, to third persons, without the express consent of the party/parties concerned, unless required under the law.

Questions or comments are welcomed and should be addressed to Cristiano Perfetti at the SBU Rome shop . The conferment of personal information is, of course, optional; however, please note that such information is necessary for the proper performance of the activities the Shop is engaged in on behalf the client.

You may exercise your rights under Art. 7 of law no. 196, which include the right to modify, integrate, update, confirm or cancel the information stored by the Shop.
